Colouring Competition Privacy Statement

Your privacy:

For this competition we will collect personal information from you, including:

• Child’s full name
• Parent/Guardian full name
• Parent/Guardian contact information

We collect your personal information in order to contact the winners of the drawing competition.

Providing your personal information is optional: if chosen, you can also decide if the child’s first name can be shared in the competition winner announcement. If you choose not to enter your name or contact information, we'll be unable to contact you if you win the competition.

We keep your information for two months; the information you provide is held in secure Hutt City Council systems. After winners have been contacted, we will securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital personal information and shredding paper copies of the personal information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
