In anticipation of the increase in consents requiring processing from June onwards, we have been undertaking a review of our essential services and ways to best meet demand.

We are pausing our offer of providing planning pre-application advice. This will be suspending from Friday 14th June, with the view to resume this service late July, subject to capacity and demand. We will continue to facilitate pre-application requests for WWL assessments indefinitely.

We are currently experiencing delays and will aim to respond to your queries within 5 business days.
