How to book a funeral

If you want to organise a burial or funeral at a Hutt City cemeteries without going through a funeral director, contact us directly.

A funeral director will book and send through the burial service paperwork.
They'll also let us know that the burial service is going to be led by the family at the cemetery.
A family representative needs to contact us at least 24 hours before the burial service.
We'll confirm the date and time of the booking and the details of the deceased with the family representative.
We'll also let them know the location of the plot and give them a map to find it.
