- Lower Hutt’s premier facility. This park consists of six different skate zones, including a mini bowl, five quarter pipes, a mix of rails, curbs and pole jams, and a five-sided fun box with a ledge.
- Suitable for all users, BMX bikes, skateboards and scooters.

- A traditional concrete skate rink that can be used for any sort of wheeled sports.
- Location: Block Road by Melling Bridge.
- This facility will be closing soon as it has been replaced by the new, upgraded facility at Motutawa Avalon Park, as part of the Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi programme.
