There are three elected community boards and four appointed community committees.
They meet every six weeks and the meetings are open to the public, other than items considered under ‘public excluded’ business. At the start of each meeting there is time for public comment where anyone can speak for three minutes on any item that’s in the order papers.
Meetings are advertised in advance and all papers are available two working days before the meeting.
