All parks and reserves can be booked. A fee applies for some types of bookings.

Bookings for commercial activities
You’ll need our permission to run a commercial activity or sell items from a park, garden or reserve.
How do I get permission for my commercial activity?
Permission can be as simple as:
- Receiving a booking confirmation letter of approval from us (for short term)
or
- Applying for a formal licence by getting in touch with us and discuss your application
Selling items on a long-term basis?
A concession licence needs to be used by people who want to sell food or other products on a long-term basis at our parks and reserves.
Concessions are advertised every three years and the next concession period starts in November 2013. Concessions last up to three years.
