At its meeting of 7 July 2009, the Operations & Compliance Committee resolved that the disposal of the Kensington Hall property be the subject of detailed investigation and consultation as part of the Land Review Project.
The proposal has been made on the basis that the hall is under-utilised and as such not essential to the network of hall facilities within the City.
